Review Details - Delivery time.

Disappointed to receive my pot almost 4 days after making the order. My order was placed on the thursday evening and didn't arrive until following monday. My impression was that I would receive next day delivery, and understood that friday would have been unrealistic. However, having paid £8 for courier delivery, I expected my order to arrive on saturday.(My order was not a living tree as stated on your website, and therefore I assumed my delivery would have arrived earlier than it did.

NB NOTE BY GOT-BONSAI - It was unfortunate that your order was on Thursday evening. It was dispatched on the next day (Friday) and delivered on the next working day (Monday), I'm afraid not many couriers deliver on Saturdays and it costs a lot more for this.
