Very good service with items extremely well packed. Only adverse comment - site said free delivery if over £100 and when it came to checkout only option was next day delivery at a cost!
NB: NOTE BY GOT-BONSAI. Sorry this wasn't clear. The 5% discount code you used over-rides the free delivery option. The delivery would have been free if there were no other discounts. This is not made clear on the site so please accept our apologies.
